JJ’s Landscape & Property Solutions PTY LTD – Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

JJ’s Landscape & Property Solutions offers landscaping, lawn maintenance, and garden care services, including but not limited to: mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, debris removal, garden clean-ups, plant installation, mulching, herbicide application, and
landscape construction (e.g., retaining walls, paving, drainage).

2. Quote Validity

• Landscaping quotes are valid for 30 days from issue.
• Maintenance quotes are valid for the current financial year unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices may change outside these periods.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion unless agreed otherwise.
• For jobs with materials over $1,000, that portion must be paid 7 days prior to starting.
• Balances may be invoiced weekly as work progresses and are due upon receipt.
• We accept cash or bank transfer.

Any non contract related service that goes 7 days past due, will automatically incur a further 10% late fee, followed by debt recovery after 30 days.

Costs of Recovery – The debtor/s shall pay for all costs actually incurred by JJ’s Landscape & Property Solutions in the recovery of any monies owed under this Agreement. You agree to be liable for and indemnify JJ’s Landscape & Property Solutions. These costs include recovery agent costs, repossession costs, location search costs, process server costs and solicitor costs on a solicitor/client basis, debt collection commission and legal fees on an indemnity basis.

4. Deposits

Deposits may be required for booking or materials. Delays or cancellations may occur if not received on time.

5. Cancellation & Service Changes

• Cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice or a $50 fee applies.
• For recurring maintenance, email jared@jjspropertysolutions.com.au with 14 days’ notice to adjust visit frequency.

6. Additional Work

Changes or additions will be quoted and require approval before work begins.

7. Access and Site Preparation

• Ensure safe, clear access and remove hazards (incl. pet waste) before we arrive.
• Additional charges may apply otherwise.

8. Underground Services

Clients must inform us of any underground utilities. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed services.

9. Property Damage

While care is taken, minor disruption may occur. JJ’s is not liable unless due to proven negligence.

10. Client Obligations

Clients must provide accurate information. Undisclosed details may impact results or pricing.

11. Maintenance Responsibility

Once work is complete and paid for, all maintenance becomes the client’s responsibility.

12. Materials and Labour

Quotes are based on known conditions. Extra materials/labour due to unforeseen factors will be billed.

13. Safety Precautions

We follow strict safety procedures. Keep children and pets away from work areas during service.

14. Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work to resolve it. No further warranties apply unless stated.

15. Indemnity

Clients agree to indemnify JJ’s Landscape & Property Solutions for any claims arising from inaccurate site info or breach of these terms.

By accepting a quote or engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
